JWC 40K Open Channel

JWC 40K Open-channel Muffin Monster sewage grinders have been providing peace of mind to sewage collections and treatment plant operators since 1973. These grinders reduce troublesome solids that can clog pumps, valves and treatment equipment causing costly damage and excessive repairs. The 40K Open-channel Muffin Monster delivers enhanced sewage grinding performance over the 30K model. Engineered with robust 2 ½” (64 mm) hex shafts and larger cutters, it also comes standard with a 10 hp (7.5 kW) drive motor. The 40K is designed for the highest solids loading in high-flow environments like prisons and combined sewer pumps stations.

JWC 40K Open-channel Muffin Monsters fit within wastewater channels or can be affixed onto wet well walls at pump station inlets. In wet well installations, stainless steel mounting frames are custom designed and fabricated to meet the installation’s needs.
