APEX API

Apex API range of heavy duty pumps, conforming to API 610 12th edition standard. Designed for the most onerous duties handling hydro carbons and chemicals at high temperatures and pressures.

Pumps are of modular construction and are available in a wide variety of materials including steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel and titanium.

Working pressure

Standard pumps are capable of a working pressure of 40 bar subject to flange rating All pumps are hydrostatically tested upon assembly to 1.5 times the rated working pressure.

Materials

Castings in a variety of materials are produced in the company’s own ISO 9001 foundry in Bristol, using the Replicast® method to produce porosity free castings by shell moulding. Castings can meet NORSOK and NACE MR0103 standards where required.
